Melda Schulz, along with her husband Ron, offers Professional AFH Training & Consulting Services. With nearly 25 years of experience as an Adult Family Home (AFH) provider and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Melda brings extensive expertise to support care providers and organizations. Today, she serves as an AFH Consultant, Delegator, and Community Instructor, specializing in Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Care Education. Ron worked with special needs and cerebral palsy as well as geriatric clients at Fircrest while also being a co-provider at Alliance Crae AFH. He continues teaching Continuing Education, along with Mental Health and Dementia classes in compliance with DSHS requirements for caregiving staff.

Our training is designed for AFH Providers, caregivers, delegated caregivers, and care staff who need orientation, continuing education, Nurse Delegation, or specialized care training.
Caregivers are required to complete 12 Continuing Education (CE) credits before their annual deadline (based on their birthday). We help ensure your staff completes the correct credits on time.
Yes. We provide Nurse Delegation Basics and Nurse Delegation with a Focus on Diabetes, taught by an experienced RN with extensive AFH and nursing background.
